Through Google, I have an account with that overpriced sovtware vendor which screwed over Creative Suite 2, 3, and 4 buyers (i.e. an Adobe account). I assume this is for some “professional” software classes. But they are not a friendly company.
I also have a Canva account through Google, which is ridiculous. No class is going to require Canva specifically.
TestNav is the approved lockdown browser in New Jersey and many other states. I do not expect schools to do anything about this, but it is still frustrating.
For various state and class tests, we use LinkIt!, which openly advertises itself as “data warehousing.” Many assessments are done on LinkIt!, and then teachers have to manually retype all of it into PowerSchool.
These do not need accounts, but we have accounts anyway:
